Acceptance of Terms
The public use of this website, sale of product and use of services are governed by the following Terms and Conditions. By using all or any part of the Kasey Beauty web site, you agree to and are bound by all of the terms set forth. Please take a few minutes to review.
We do our best to maintain stock levels on all our products but the possibility remains that you might order a product that is temporarily out of stock. The website will alert you if a product is out of stock but if this should fail or if inventory count is incorrect, we will contact you as soon as we become aware of the error. You will then have the option to cancel your order or wait until the item is back in stock.
We also do our best to accurately describe all products and provide you with as much pertinent information as possible but descriptions and dimensions may contain errors and omissions. Kasey Beauty may correct information without prior notice, including changes to your current or standing order. It is the responsibility of the user of the website to check the Terms and Conditions periodically for changes of updates. With continued use of the Kasey Beauty website you automatically agree to the most recent and posted Terms and Conditions.
Kasey Beauty is not responsible or liable for any an allergic reaction/skin irritations that may result from the use of our products or equipment. A refund will be given if it is reported to us within 48 hours of use along with a confirmation note from a doctor and along with a photo of the affected area.
*Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear on your original method of payment.
All orders are processed in CDN funds. Kasey Beauty is not responsible for any extra fees your credit card may charge above and beyond exchange rates.
All BC residents are subject to GST and PST where applicable. All Canadian residents are subject to GST (5%) on all orders. All residents outside of Canada (both US and international) will have no taxation levied on their orders.
Kasey Beauty uses Canada Post for all shipping. Your shipping costs will automatically be calculated when you check out and complete your transaction. All in-stock items will ship in 2-3 business days once your transaction is completed. If you wish to purchase an item that requires a rush delivery, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to get your purchased item shipped on the same day of transaction with additional charges.
Orders with destinations within Canada will be delivered by Canada Post and insured up to $100 and tracked.

Over $150 = FREE
Oversize items may require additional shipping charges. These items are identified individually within the website pages or we may contact you prior to shipping to alert you should there be any supplemental charges.
Once your order is processed you will receive an automated email alerting you that your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days barring any unforeseen complications or issues. When the order is shipped you will receive another automated email confirming that your purchased item is now on its way to the destination of your choice. Our site offers you the choice to ship to your own address or to an alternate mailing address.
Return and Exchange
We want you to love your product! We choose our products carefully and stand behind all the brands we sell but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns on items within 10 business days of purchase on unopened and unused products only. In this case, you are responsible for the costs of shipping the items back to us as well as any shipping costs due to us sending an item in exchange. 12% restocking fee apply.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of products that have been unsealed, opened and/or used or does not arrive in its original condition. . Shipping charges are non-refundable. 12% restocking fee apply. There are no returns or exchanges or refund on any sale or clearance items.
Please contact us first about any issue with regards to product. Once you’ve contacted us about the issue, we will provide you with an RA# (Return Authorization number). Please either print or write this number on paper and place it in the return shipment.
*Any complaint regarding a problem with your delivered order (missing product, incorrect product, damaged merchandise etc.) must be made within 3 business days of receipt of your parcel I writing
1- Repack item(s) with all labels, hang tags, instructions, etc. into box, along with RA#
2- Include in the box the duplicate packing slip with the word ‘RETURN’ written at the bottom
3- Please insure your shipment. Kasey Beauty is not responsible for items that fail to arrive.

If the product you ordered arrives in an unusable and/or damaged state, please contact us within three (3) business days so we can move quickly to correct the issue and ship to you a product in good condition or credit you the amount if you wish to cancel your order. If the product is to be returned to us, we will issue a call-tag for pick by our shipping provider, in some cases, to keep carbon emissions to a minimum, we may only require a clear photograph of the damage emailed to us in order to provide proof to manufacturer.

All information, images, video and content on the Kasey Beauty website are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use is prohibited. By using this website you’ve agreed to abide by local, provincial, state, national and international laws and regulations.
Disputes and Governing Law
The Kasey Beauty Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Province of British Columbia. All disputes arising from the use of the Kasey Beauty website and/or this agreement
